How do we fit with the current PSL?
Here at Rec@ll we believe that your PSL needs to work for you and not against you, that’s why it’s such a surprise to find out that the majority of preferred suppliers only look to service 70% of the vacancy list. Just take a look at your current vacancy list and the candidates that have been submitted, is there a pattern to which vacancies you’re current PSL have focused on. Rec@ll consultants look to service that remaining 30% in the only way we know how; with a proactive outside the box approach that ensures we get the right candidate into the roles that would usually be left at the bottom of somebody’s ‘to do’ list.
